Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you change your mind - no worries, We are happy to offer a return. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us via email within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, we may begin processing or shipping your order, and cancellations may no longer be possible. To request a cancellation, email us at customercare@thevillageceramics.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.
Also, to ensure your satisfaction, we take great care in providing accurate product descriptions and photos to help you make an informed purchase, so we encourage you to shop mindfully and take a moment to consider your purchase.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will work with you to resolve the issue responsibly. Please see conditions and procedure in our Refunds or Replacements.

Refunds or Replacements
If your item is damaged or faulty during transit, we will responsibly provide a refund or replacement. Please check your order upon receiving it and notify us of any issues within 48 hours.
Return Process
Email us at customercare@thevillageceramics.com with the following:
- Your invoice number, full name and contact number.
- A detailed description of the issue, photo(s) of the damaged or faulty item
- Once your return is approved, you will need to send the damaged item back to us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Important Notes
- The Village Ceramics is not responsible for lost parcels. We strongly recommend using tracked postage for your return items.
- Refunds or replacements will only be processed after we receive and assess the returned item(s).
